STEP 1/5
Pour water into the pusili, add a little salt and olive oil, and boil for about 12 minutes.
While boiling, chop half of the onion and wash and drain the young leaf vegetables.
STEP 2/5
Create Sauce >
Put 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste and half cup of ketchup in a half cup of water, add chopped onions, and bring to a boil while mixing well.
STEP 3/5
Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and half a tablespoon of brown sugar to make the sauce, then take out the well-boiled pusili and add it.
STEP 4/5
If the color is less, add more ketchup. Ketchup tastes good even if you add a lot. Add a half-small salt and mix. When it's cooked well, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle pepper to mix.
STEP 5/5
Place on a plate and top with plenty of young leaf vegetables.
Fusili doesn't taste good when it's not boiled enough, so it's soft and delicious when it's boiled well.
Add enough ketchup and boil down to make the sauce.
Like the sauce sold with onions, garlic, and red pepper paste, it becomes a delicious sauce.
It's more delicious if you mix it with young leaf vegetables.
