Making Sweet and Sour Plum Ade Using Daeseok plums
I made a plum ade with fresh plums. I recommend you to try it when it's plum season.

  • plum

  • Honey
    2T
  • Ice
    suitably
  • sparkling water
    100~200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut round the plums and remove the seeds.
STEP 2/6
Place plums in blender and add 2T of honey.
STEP 3/6
Grind the large stone plums finely in a blender.
STEP 4/6
Place ice in glass and add ground plum juice.
STEP 5/6
Pour in plum juice and sparkling water in a 1:1 ratio.
STEP 6/6
It's a fresh and fragrant plum ade.
