Making tomato ketchup
It's a tomato ketchup recipe that makes you healthy by adding rice grain syrup to glutinous tomatoes. Try making tomatoes in the summer when they get cheaper.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
The amount of 5 hard-boiled glutinous tomatoes is 760kg.
Remove the top of the tomato.
STEP 2/10
After washing, make a slight cut with a cross.
STEP 3/10
Blanch slightly in boiling water and peel.
STEP 4/10
Cut it into quarters and remove the top and white parts.
STEP 5/10
Boil tomatoes in a pot for 30 minutes.
When the tomatoes start to cook in the middle, crush them with a mashing tool. Mash it without grinding to give it a feel of pulp.

Cover and simmer.
The tomato keeps coming out of the water and doesn't burn.
STEP 7/10
The amount of tomatoes decreases by about one-third after 30 minutes. Please put in the flower salt.
STEP 8/10
Add rice grain syrup and lemon juice, please.
STEP 9/10
Add flower salt, rice grain syrup, and lemon juice and boil down for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat after making enough viscosity to prevent the French fries from flowing down when dipped.
STEP 10/10
After completion, if the amount is large, separate it and freeze it in the freezer and melt it one by one when you want.
Tomatoes and sugar are not a good combination. Try rice grain syrup made from rice and malt. If you want a neat shape, make it only with tomato juice. I choose this part based on my personal preference. Haeuni's Cooking Story
