Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Then soak in cold water and sprinkle with salt and let stand for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, drain the potatoes completely. If you don't remove it completely, you'll get oiled when you fry it.

Place potatoes in a greased pan and fry until golden. When you put potatoes on top, you must put them on a cold pan.
To check if it's cooked, gently insert it when you poke it with chopsticks.

Place well-fried potatoes aside for a while.

Add water to sugar and boil over low heat to form syrup.
If you stir it, sugar crystals form as it cools later and hardens. Never stir.

When the sugar melts and boils, add the fried potatoes and stir-fry quickly.
Both potatoes and syrup can burn, so the heat is low.
It can be replaced with honey or starch syrup.
