Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I'll prepare the ingredients!
If you cut the mushrooms into four pieces, there are no other ingredients to prepare.
STEP 2/10
Boil the fettuccine noodles in half a tablespoon of salt (other than the portion) water for 7 minutes and place them on a sieve.
You can use the noodle water, so don't throw it away.
STEP 3/10
Melt the butter in the pan
STEP 4/10
Add mushrooms, sprinkle herb salt, and stir-fry.
STEP 5/10
When the mushrooms are darkened, add half a tablespoon of ketchup and a little bit of kenpepper and stir-fry again.
STEP 6/10
If the mushrooms, ketchup, and K.N. Pepper mix well, add shrimp.
I used a self-cooked shrimp and stir-fried it moderately. If you use raw shrimp, stir-fry it until it turns red.
STEP 7/10
Next, put in the whipped cream and put it on high heat.
STEP 8/10
Half a tablespoon chicken stock, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, 1 cheddar cheese, and onion powder
STEP 9/10
When the cheese is completely melted, add the boiled noodles and stir-fry them.
I'll taste it and if it's not enough
If the concentration is too tight, you can add noodles and adjust it!
STEP 10/10
If both the liver and concentration are correct, put them on a plate and put the herbs on it's done!
You can skip the onion powder, and if you have paprika or garlic powder, it's good to add all of it. You can add anything you have, even if it's not parmesan or cheddar!
