STEP 1/7
Spread butter on the bread and bake.
I used the baguette in the freezer.
STEP 2/7
Sprinkle the baked bread with taco seasoning. Place half an avocado on top, sprinkle with salt and mash with a fork.
I usually mash it right on the bread with a fork, but it's just an undercooked avocado at home, so I sliced it up this time.
It's easy to put corn and other ingredients on top!
STEP 3/7
Add one spoon of mayonnaise to 2-3 spoons of corn and mix.
STEP 4/7
Place corn mixed with mayonnaise on top of avocado.
STEP 5/7
Sprinkle with taco and paprika seasoning on top and then hot or sriracha sauce.
STEP 6/7
Sprinkle cheese and it's done.
I put the Grana Padano that I had at home, so you can sprinkle any cheese you have. (Mozzarella, Cheddar, etc.)
STEP 7/7
I put vegetables on top to look thick. You can put vegetables that you like from what you have at home.
With paprika powder and taco seasoning, you can make a lot of Mexican dishes really simply. If you like Mexican food, I recommend it!
