STEP 1/9
Remove the chicken's internal organs and oily areas.
If the chicken lump is big, make a cut.
STEP 2/9
Add 3 cups water, 1 mirin and 2 sugar and bring to a boil over high heat until the color is gone.
STEP 3/9
Trim the vegetables while the raw chicken boils.
Slice a bowl of vegetables into large pieces.
You can replace it with sweet potatoes instead of potatoes.
STEP 4/9
Remove the foam.
STEP 5/9
When the color of the chicken disappears, add sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, etc.
STEP 6/9
When vegetables are cooked, add ground garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms, and red pepper powder (if there is a child, omitted).
STEP 7/9
Add 2/3-1 Ts of red pepper paste and 1 ladle of soy sauce.
My red pepper paste is spicy, so I only put in 2/3 of it.
STEP 8/9
Add chili peppers (if any) and green onions and boil them down at the end.
STEP 9/9
It's done by boiling it down.
- If you want to add more vegetables, add less water.
Water comes out of the vegetables and becomes bland.
- The soup can be spicy for children, so if you give it mainly to lean meat without soup, children can eat it well.^^
