Making a pea roll from canned pea
It is a recipe that I made with great care to feed children a lot of healthy peas. I boiled the peas in sugar, made a pea bowl, put them in bread and rice paper, rolled them up, and baked them. The children eat so well because it's crispy outside and moist, and it's so good as a side dish for drinking. It is a dish that can be made easily and quickly using canned peas.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
It's a can of peas. When you open the lid, it is in the water, and once it is not seasoned, it is hard, and when you eat it, it seems to be cooked.
STEP 2/17
It's a can, so just in case, I rinsed it in water, poured water in a pot, added salt, and blanched it for a while.
STEP 3/17
Put blanched peas in a pot, add 3 spoons of sugar and 150ml of water, mix sugar and peas, and boil over high heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/17
Boil for about 2 minutes, then add 3 spoons of starch syrup and boil it until the soup is gone. When it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium-low heat and cook it gently. That way, the seasoning is well soaked and the color is pretty and glossy if you put starch syrup together rather than just adding sugar, and most of all, when it cools, the beans are not hard and soft. Stir occasionally.
STEP 5/17
Cook until there is a little bit of soup, rather than completely no soup, and then turn off the heat.
STEP 6/17
a quick pea bowl made simply from canned peas. When you eat rice cake, bread, and yogurt, it is so sweet and delicious when you put it in a salad.
STEP 7/17
Prepare the bread and cut the edges with a knife.
STEP 8/17
Spread bread flat with a rolling pin or bat
STEP 9/17
It's rice paper. Prepare warm water.
STEP 10/17
Soak the rice paper in warm water and remove it and place it on a cutting board.
STEP 11/17
Place the bread on the rice paper.
STEP 12/17
Put a spoonful of the pea bowl made on the bread.
STEP 13/17
Roll it well like a roll of kimbap.
STEP 14/17
Grease a frying pan and place the pea roll on top and bake only slightly. There is no need to bake long. Peas are boiled and bread and rice paper can be eaten as they are, so cook them over low heat for a while.
There is a lot of starch, so fry it little by little. Or I'll stick to you.
STEP 15/17
Canned pea bread roll is complete
STEP 16/17
It's so delicious even if you just eat it, but you also prepare the sauce. They also prepare ketchup that children like and hot sauce that comes with chicken. It's sugar-cooked peas, so you don't need any special sauce, but you still prepare it. a dry taste
STEP 17/17
I tried dipping it in the sauce, but I like it because it's more delicious and natural and simple. Dip it in the sauce and it seems to lose its original taste. If you just eat it, you can feel the taste of peas, bread, and crispy rice paper.
Instead of adding sugar, I added starch syrup to soften the beans even when they are cold. And it was canned, so I blanched it slightly in boiling water.
