STEP 1/19
Prepare 6 large shrimp with heads (as many as you like) by washing them in salt water once and sifting them.

Sprinkle vegetable oil on cooking foil to top with shrimp.

Cut the shell of the shrimp in half with scissors.

Cut the flesh in half by inserting a knife between the halves of the shell.

Use a toothpick to remove the intestines from the shrimp that is split in half.

Put the shrimp on the cooking foil sprinkled with vegetable oil and mix it well with [1 tablespoon of cooking wine + a pinch of salt + pepper powder] and spread it on the shrimp.

Add 1/2 lime (or lemon) juice.

Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on the shrimp meat. (I like the slightly spicy taste, so I mixed a little bit of Sriracha sauce.)

Masago (flying fish roe) is the best move!!!! (If you don't like the fishy taste, put it in cooking wine and use it.)

Put as many flying fish roe as you want.

Dab the parsley powder.

When you go into the oven, the whole cooking process is over

Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).Each house has different oven performance, so please check the cooking of shrimp frequently by looking into the glass as shown in the picture.
