Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Remove the bottom of the frozen cabbage and cut it into three equal parts. And sprinkle a fist of sun-dried salt. It's better if you spray a little bit of water.

Rinse the pickled cabbage and remove the water. If you wash or touch it for too long, you can smell green.
STEP 3/5
Add 1 regular onion, 1 tbsp ginger, 5 garlic, 2 tablespoons salted shrimp, 1/2 cup salted sand lance extract and grind in a blender.
