STEP 1/10
The dough is really surprisingly simple!
Mix the gravity flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder introduced in the ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 2/10
Mash 2 large bananas with a fork, add 2 tons of vanilla if you're at home, and pass if you're not. We added 2T of plain yogurt^^
STEP 3/10
Next, mix melted butter, eggs, and crushed bananas at once.
STEP 4/10
Then, on top of the damp ingredients, sift down the dry powder ingredients first, and finally stir them all together to make a thin dough^^
STEP 5/10
Find a suitable bowl and put the dough in it, but don't put it too full, thinking that it will swell as it is baked. Add crushed walnuts to the batter if you like, or place another piece of walnuts on top of the dough transferred to the bowl^^
STEP 6/10
It depends on the specifications of the air fryer, but when it was heated at 170 degrees for 27 minutes, the color of the grill was pretty and it was just right^^
STEP 7/10
If you bake it in the oven, you can bake it at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, but it has a softer texture compared to the banana pound cake baked in the air fryer.
Since the air fryer blows away the moisture, it feels a little more crispy!
STEP 8/10
Transfer the well-baked banana pound cake to a cooling net. If you take a bite!!!
The banana flavor spread out and I could taste the crispy outside, moist inside, and sweet banana pound cake^^
It's such a simple process. I hope you all try it^^
STEP 9/10
It's a large-shaped cake baked in a mini oven lol. Until this time, there was no pound cake mold, so it was baked in an oval ceramic bowl, but it's cute in its own way^^
STEP 10/10
If you cut it and look at the cross section, it's like this. ^^
I love the taste of walnuts that I can chew in between!
