Making pork soup with pork bone broth
I made boiled pork soup with pork bone broth that I made before. There are also products that sell pork bone broth extract, so try to get it and make it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I used a measuring spoon to make the minimum amount of red-bean-sauce.
The ratio of red pepper powder, dark soy sauce, salted shrimp, minced garlic
You can adjust it to 12:1:1:1 (based on volume).
STEP 2/8
It's the ingredient for boiled pork and rice soup.
There are no special ingredients to trim!
STEP 3/8
Put all the ingredients except for pork bone broth in a pot and fill it with water
Turn up the heat, please.
When it boils, lower the heat and cook it for 30 minutes.
STEP 4/8
When the boiled pork is done, take it out and let it cool.
STEP 5/8
Boil 500ml of pork bone broth
Add a little bit of seasoning with salt.
I'm going to add seasoned red-pepper sauce later, so make it look like it's samgyupsal.
STEP 6/8
I'll cut the boiled pork
Put the ugly meat on the bottom
STEP 7/8
Place the pretty meat on top and pour in the broth.
STEP 8/8
Mix the seasoned red-pepper sauce, roll the rice, and eat it deliciously!
You look good with noodles instead of rice!
If you put in sundae and suyuk, it becomes suyuk and gukbap. If you can get pork bone broth, I strongly recommend it!
