I prepared syrup and fruit syrup for shaved ice
In case of shaved ice syrup, it's good when the pulp is alive
I like fruit syrup because it's very juicy
When you're done, prepare a silicon mold to make it easier to take it out
Prepare a wrap or lid to cover the mold
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Add a bit of water to the pot or pan that can be hot

Place prepared syrup and fruit syrup in a double boiler cup or container respectively
For juice extraction, add about 8 tablespoons
3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup with pulp and 3 tablespoons of milk
Place cups or containers of each ingredient in a pan of water and heat slightly until water boils

Soak the pan gelatin in cold water
Add 3 sheets per ingredient. (60-80ml)
10 to 20 seconds is enough
Squeeze the soaked gelatin by hand and stir well in each ingredient so that it is not lumpy

If you mix it well, pour it into the silicon mold so that it doesn't overflow
STEP 5/7
Cover with plastic wrap to prevent food from smelling and harden in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours

Remove the hardened jelly from the silicon mold
Syrup or fruit syrup is sweet, so eat a moderate amount

It's chewy because it's alive with pulp. It's made of juice and has a strong fruity scent
It's a syrup that you buy to make and eat bingsu. I think it'd be good to make it into jelly
When you make it into a commercial drink, it tastes better if you add a small amount of sugar
