Cooking Steps

I used five Tagliatelle No. 203. It's just enough for 1-2 people. Vietnamese pepper powder is a scary kid. If you're having a hard time with spicy food, use only 1/4 small alcohol. You can use fine cheongyang pepper powder. Instead of Parmesan, you can grind Grre's back or add raw mozzarella. My baby wanted shrimp, so I grilled it separately.
