Jongwon Baek Japanese-style braised radish recipe and braised ra
There was a radish in the refrigerator, so I made sweet radish with the Jongwon Baek radish recipe

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut radishes into 2~3cm thick pieces, cut green onions into big pieces, and cut them in half with cheongyang red pepper
I prepared ginger instead of chopped ginger

Put all the ingredients in the pot

Cover with thick and boil over high heat
STEP 4/8
Turn down to low heat after 20 minutes after it starts to boil. Remove the foam from time to time

Simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes, poke with chopsticks, and turn off the heat when cooked so that it is not too soft.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle black sesame seeds to finish.

It's a sweet seasoning, but it also has a spicy taste with Cheongyang red pepper. If it's a side dish to eat with children, please adjust the amount of Cheongyang red pepper.
It's the best side dish for rice.
Boil over high heat for the first time, and after 20 minutes, adjust to low heat and simmer for another 10 minutes. Boil the bottom to a crisp so that it doesn't stick or burn
