STEP 1/9
Prepare garlic by cutting it at intervals of 0.3cm.

Cut the green onions in half and cut them into 4cm apart.

Prepare bell peppers, yellow paprika, and red paprika by cutting them 1cm apart.

Cut the beef jerky at intervals of 2cm.

Put 3T of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry garlic and green onions.

Stir-fry bell peppers, yellow paprika, and red paprika when the subtle scent of garlic and green onions comes up.

When bell pepper, yellow paprika, and red paprika are cooked properly, stir-fry with 1T of beef jerky and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry 1T of sesame oil when all ingredients are cooked properly.
STEP 9/9
When the savory scent of sesame oil comes up, sprinkle 1T of stir-fried sesame seeds to complete the stir-fried beef jerky.
I made it colorful by adding bell peppers, yellow paprika, and red paprika, but you can use the leftover vegetables at home.
