Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop 1/2 carrot, 1 green pepper and 1/2 onion.
STEP 2/8
Cut the peeled squid into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced onions, carrots, and bell peppers.
STEP 4/8
When the vegetables are half cooked, stir-fry the chopped squid.
STEP 5/8
When the squid is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and mix it with 2 bowls of rice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoon of red pepper paste.
STEP 6/8
Put the cooled bibimbap in a circle.
STEP 7/8
Roll the rice balls in bread crumbs once or twice and coat them with bread crumbs.
STEP 8/8
Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 8 minutes.
If you apply sesame oil to sanitary gloves when you mix bibimbap together, you can prevent rice grains from sticking.
