STEP 1/9
Ingredients are very simple^^
Bananas, baking powder, flour and a little salt!
STEP 2/9
First, mash the banana well. If you mash too much, the dough will get tough because it will come out too much moisture, so please mash it moderately!
If the banana is well mashed, add the prepared flour and baking powder one after another to make the dough!
STEP 3/9
When the dough is enough to clump together, sprinkle flour to form a bagel shape!
STEP 4/9
I was just going to make a bagel, but I put some granola on it at home. It'll be fun to add or subtract ingredients according to your preference^^
STEP 5/9
Add a little bit of egg water to make the roasting color prettier!
Before you put granola on top, put the egg mixture on top, and then the baking color will be applied well so that it won't stain^^
STEP 6/9
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes
I baked it for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
The yellow bagel above is oven-baked bread, and the brownish bagel below is air fryer-baked bread.
As you can see, the air fryer is more baked, so if you want to use the FG, it's better to reduce the time and adjust the temperature while looking at it, right?^^
It's our first time baking bread with Fgi, so it's a little darkened...^^
STEP 7/9
The second plate is a little better than the first one because I did it for about 16 minutes at 175 degrees air fryer^^
STEP 8/9
If you cool it down and cut it like this, you'll see bananas on the side, and there's a dark banana scent^^
Rather than eating it for a long time, eating it right after making it was chewy and delicious!
STEP 9/9
It's good to spread cream cheese or homemade jam and eat it with warm coffee!
The more you chew, the more chewy the more you chew it, the more baguette it feels like a baguette, and there's no sugar in the delicious banana scent, but it's a bagel that has a sweet taste^^
*Two to three bagels can be made per banana. We're going to use the remaining 5 bananas and make it 5 times the amount above, so please take this into consideration^^
