Add 1C (120g) of lumpy bean paste to the egg water
Spread it evenly.
STEP 4/9
Add 65g of pancake mix and pat it,
You can also use glutinous rice flour.
It's about 1/2C in terms of paper cups.
STEP 5/9
Add a small amount of about 1/6T of fine salt to season.
It doesn't dissolve easily with thick salt
Fine salt is good because it can clump together.
STEP 6/9
Add 250mL of water to make it look soft
Make the dough. Don't pour it all at once
It's good to pour water while looking at the degree.
STEP 7/9

STEP 8/9
Pour enough cooking oil into a well-heated pan,
Heat the dough thickly and cook over medium heat.
Don't flip it over several times and make the edges golden
When it's cooked, turn it over. Before turning it over, add red pepper
I'll put it up.
STEP 9/9
Prepare soy sauce for dipping.
Mix 2T of soy sauce, 2T of water, and 1T of vinegar.
If you want to add a sweet taste, add 1/4T of sugar
It's good.
Don't turn the pancake over several times, turn it over when one side is golden brown
Cook it. It tastes much better if you dip it in vinegar soy sauce.
