STEP 1/13
Put the anchovies in a strainer and shake them off.

I've never shook it off before, but there are more crumbs than I thought. It'd be cleaner if I shook it off, right? lol

Place anchovies in pan and mix. (Don't put oil on it)

Add 3T of cooking wine to anchovies.
STEP 5/13
Add 2T of cooking oil and 2T of soy sauce. Boil the soy sauce a little bit and add more flavor and don't burn it.

Raise the flavor to a certain extent and mix it with anchovies quickly if you think it's boiled.
STEP 7/13
Add 2T of the cheongyang red pepper paste.
STEP 8/13
Add 1T of oligosaccharide.
STEP 9/13
When I taste it, the seasoning is weak, so I'll add 1T more soy sauce
STEP 10/13
I added 1T more oligosaccharide. You don't need to add more if you're seasoned!
STEP 11/13
Turn off the heat and add a bit of sesame oil
STEP 12/13
Sprinkle sesame seeds and that's it!
