  • ripe kimchi
    1/2ea
  • a dried kelp
    1piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Anchovy
    1/2handful
  • Soybean paste
    1~2TS
  • Yellowish green

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash ripe kimchi and soak it in cold water for 1-2 days to make it salty
*Change the water once in a while
STEP 2/6
Put the ripe kimchi into the pot and pour water to cover it. Then, mix it with soybean paste
Add dried anchovies and boil over high heat
STEP 3/6
Cut the cheongyang peppers in half according to your taste
STEP 4/6
Add chili pepper and boil it over high heat for 10 minutes
*Taste the soup here and if it's too bland, add a little bit of green tea or dasda
If you don't like these things, you can add more soybean paste

Cover, lower the heat to medium and simmer for another 10 minutes
