Beef Cutlet with Barbecue Cream Sauce
Originally...I tried to make raw beef for my son, who loves meat too much.
So I went to Costco and bought a chunk of meat called eye of round.
The son-in-law was looking forward to eating raw beef, which he had not eaten for a while.
I ordered it frozen for half a day, then thawed it in the refrigerator, removed the fat, and removed the tendon, but I still feel anxious to feed it to the fullest.
When I watch YouTube, everyone eats like that.
So I cut only the very inner flesh in the opposite direction and just used chopsticks two or three times to finish it, so I ate it deliciously and felt sorry, but I agreed to finish it there.
Two-thirds of the large chunks were cut to make beef cutlets and a third were cut to make soy sauce.
The meat mass, which is well over 2 kilograms that I bought to feed two chopsticks of raw beef, enriched our dinner table like that.
