Wash the perilla leaves three to four times and drain them.

Soak clean perilla leaves in vinegar water for about 30 minutes.

Rinse perilla leaves soaked in vinegar and drain.

Please make kimchi seasoning with vegetables, perilla leaf seasoning, and sesame seeds cut in a large bowl.

Add seasoning and vegetables to the perilla leaves and spread them gently.

Put the seasoned perilla leaves in the container one by one to complete it.
*If you feel uncomfortable washing perilla leaves one by one, you can wash them faster if you take 5 sheets like me and wash them in running water.
*If you don't like raw perilla leaves, put seasoning on perilla leaves and steam them for about 1 minute.
