Braised beef ribs that you can boil down
Sodeung galbi is served in a bundle of 3 keys at Costco. I got it and made braised back ribs. Braised Back Ribs that are boiled down and grilled. You just need to add water according to the sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Beef ribs
Drain the blood by changing water in cold water for 2-3 hours.
After that, put 7 to 8 bay leaves in boiling water and stir for about 5 minutes to boil.
Take it out and wash it in cold water

Onion 2. Apple 1. Grind the pear and squeeze it into a pear cloth to prepare the juice

Mix the rest of the sauce in the fruit juice and add the green onions

Cut 1/4 side of radish into appropriate size without any other vegetables. The radish is refreshing and sweet

I put radish on top and stacked back ribs one by one.
You just have to stack it tightly

Pour 3 cups of water first.
Pour in all the seasoning mixture above

Thicken and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes

After that, I moved the bowl because I had to boil it down. You can just do it in the pot you used to boil.
Turn over and cook over medium heat for another 20 minutes.
Never mind the mashed radish. It's delicious when the radish melts and disappears

Turn again and cook over medium heat with a thick 20 minutes and simmer.
It's good to have a small amount of soup as if you can endure about a quarter of the ribs.
If you cook it for a total of 60 minutes. Galbi is well cooked and somewhat chewy. It becomes very soft when you rehash it afterwards.
Avoid boiling for more than an hour^^

It's self-made with soup, so if you serve it in a bowl, you can enjoy braised, grilled, and steamed back ribs.
(I was in a hurry, so I took a picture without the soup coming up. But everyone ate it well^^)
Drain enough blood from the meat, and once blanched, it doesn't smell. You can cook back ribs in a pressure cooker when you cook them for the first time. Instead, if you add more pressure, turn off the heat immediately, and then move the bowl and cook as if it's boiling down
