To make fish cake fried rice, prepare the ingredients first.
I prepared onions and fish cakes by cutting them into small pieces,
I'm going to slice the green onions. (I didn't take a picture of it separately because I used the green onions that were sliced and stored in the freezer.)

Pour plenty of cooking oil in the pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil.

When the scents of green onions come out, add chopped onions and stir-fry them together.

And add fish cake and stir-fry it together. It smells delicious already

After putting the ingredients to one side, pop an egg on the side where there are no ingredients to make scrambled eggs and stir-fry them together.

Now, add rice and stir-fry it together. I'll take care of the cold rice in the freezer! I defrosted the cold rice before putting it in.

If stir-fried well, add 0.5 spoon of oyster sauce and a little soy sauce. Stir-fry it well, taste it, and add more soy sauce little by little to suit your taste.

After tasting it, put sesame oil around it and stir-fry it well.
Then, I'm done making super simple fish cake fried rice!

You can make it quickly with an ultra-simple recipe in a busy morning, and it is a good fish cake fried rice to handle if you have cold rice.
It's more delicious and light with fish cake. Also, it is fish cake fried rice that children really like because it has fish cake in it.
It was nice to add chewy texture of fish cake in between.
