STEP 1/13
Keep the glass bottle hot and sterilized. Bring the glass bottle to a boil in cold water together from the beginning. When the glass bottle gets hot and the water boils, rinse it with boiling water to the inside to increase the temperature of the glass bottle. If you think the glass bottle is completely hot..
STEP 2/13
Turn over on a cloth and blow away the hot heat and water. If the hot water is disinfected well, the water on the inside of the glass bottle dries quickly.
STEP 3/13
The semi-dried figs I prepared..
STEP 4/13
Remove the top with hard scissors.
STEP 5/13
And I blanched the figs by putting in cold water first. After finishing the stew, the texture disappears. It has a soft texture.
STEP 6/13
If you want a chewy texture, just wash the fig lightly in cold water instead of blanching or boiling it. Then drain thoroughly on a sieve
STEP 7/13
Add wine and sugar and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/13
Remove the alcohol from the wine and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves
STEP 9/13
When the wine boils, add the prepared figs..
STEP 10/13
Add cinnamon sticks. I have a cinnamon stick, so I put it in.
STEP 11/13
Cook over medium heat until wine is reduced by half.
STEP 12/13
Turn off the heat while the wine is watery. If it's cooked too much, the stew is sticky.
STEP 13/13
The finished fig wine is cooled completely and put in a glass bottle.
