Cut the onion into 0.5cm thick rings and shake it in a plastic bag to coat it with pancake powder or flour.

Chop the cheongyang pepper for the soy sauce and complete the soy sauce with 2T of soy sauce, 1T of vinegar, 1T of cooking wine, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Grease the pan with plenty of oil, place the egg-coated onion first, and then fry it until golden brown by filling it with tofu full of fillings.
I added tofu to the onion pancake, but I think it would be good to mix nuts and make it before the holidays. I added a small amount of salt to dip it in soy sauce, but my mother-in-law said it was okay and said it was delicious, so please adjust the seasoning.
Also, it tastes better if you chop up pork or shrimp.
