Chinese-style stir-fried sea cucumber recipe application of Chef
With my husband and sea cucumber
Chef Yeo Kyung-ok, referring to the virtual seafood recipe,
I made Chinese stir-fried sea cucumber.
When you do virtual sea cucumber,
Boil the main ingredients and stir-fry them
Add water and starch water at the end.
But my bok choy is not big,
It shrinks quickly because it's raw sea cucumber,
Bamboo shoots are already well-boiled,
I didn't parboil it and stir-fried it right away.
Also, it's raw sea cucumber, so if you stir-fry it, the water comes out and it's salty.
So, I'm going to cut down on the amount of oyster sauce
I added sugar.
