Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the green onion and slice the garlic.
STEP 2/6
Rinse the salted seafood lightly. You can just stir-fry it, but you can reduce the salty taste by washing it when you want to increase the amount of salted fish.
STEP 3/6
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and stir-fry garlic and green onions for 1 minute.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry a little, then add salted fish and stir-fry again.
STEP 5/6
Add 1 bowl of rice and stir-fry it additionally.
STEP 6/6
