Dandelion geotjeori. Spring vegetable salad with a sour and sour
I made fresh kimchi out of dandelions that I visit first in spring.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Clean the dandelion and wash it several times.
STEP 2/6
Put 2T of vinegar in the clean dandelion and soak it for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Cut the chives into 2cm pieces and shred the onions.
STEP 4/6
Cut the red pepper in half and slice it sideways.
STEP 5/6
Make seasoned sauce in a bowl with fish sauce, red pepper powder, plum extract, vinegar, grain syrup, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
STEP 6/6
Put dandelions, onions, and red pepper in the sauce
season gently because it may smell green
It's done with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
The dandelion has a bitter taste, but if you don't like it, soak it in salt water for about 30 minutes and season it when it's less bitter.
