Kale Kimchi Bibim Noodles
At the end of last summer, I gathered all the kale running in the garden and made kimchi. The seasoning turned out really good, but there were a lot of frills, so I didn't like it because the seasoning stuck between the frills. And this is a secret, but I didn't really like raw kale, so I wasn't eating it. As a result, it was sour because it was kimchi, too. Actually, I prefer sour kimchi. I like bibim-guksu, but I like that bibim-guksu that my dad likes the most, which is made with kimchi. But one day, the cabbage kimchi fell off. Come to think of it, it came to mind that there was a sour kale kimchi. So I made spicy noodles with kale kimchi instead of pheasant. But... But.. I planted it It's better to chew than cabbage kimchi. And since it's kale, how nutritious would it be? I was touched by kale kimchi today. I even cried a little bit

STEP 1/4
Add sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to kale kimchi and mix well.
STEP 2/4
Boil 120g of noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes and rinse them in cold water.
STEP 3/4
Put noodles on top of seasoned kimchi and spicy red pepper paste. Today, I made it conveniently using the red pepper paste that came with sashimi at a Japanese restaurant.
STEP 4/4
Mix the noodles first, then mix them with kimchi and mix them well again.
Today, I used sufficient red pepper paste from buying sashimi at a Japanese restaurant. I made bibim-guksu very comfortably. The kale kimchi was a bit sour, so I added 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. If you don't like sweet things, use only 1 spoon of sugar.
