Chop the green onions and grind the sesame seeds in a mortar.

Make a sauce with sugar, red pepper powder, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, plum extract, sesame salt, green onion, and sesame oil in a bowl and ripen it in the refrigerator.
*It's delicious when you grind a lot of sesame salt.

Add 1t of salt to the egg, beat well, fry the egg, and chop it.

Chop the cucumber thinly with a knife or chopping knife.

Make a lot and ripen it in the refrigerator and eat it all summer. If you only have yogurt, it's very sweet and sour without grinding fruits.
The amount is about 4-5 servings with one ladle per serving.
