2 slices of raw fish, 2T bread crumbs, 1T ground parmesan cheese, 1T olive oil, a little bit of minced garlic, 1t of minced parsley

Wipe the water off the perch and sprinkle pepper
Add salt to suit your taste

Mix the rest of the ingredients well with your fingers and make it soft
-Use fine bread crumbs
I cut a slice of bread and baked it in a 200 degree oven for 3 minutes
After cooling it down, I ground it finely and used it :)
-Parsley can be used as a dry product

Put 2 on one side of the perch
STEP 5/5
Grease the bottom of the oven pan with a little oil, place the prepared perch and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
If you eat it with mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, and vegetables, you can enjoy it even more
