Wash garlic stems clean and 3cm long
Cut it please.

Blanch 1T of thick salt in boiling water for 30 seconds.

Slice the whole garlic, please.

Make stir-fried garlic with red pepper paste, ginger syrup, soy sauce, grain syrup, red pepper powder, and pepper in a bowl.

Stir-fry the anchovies once in a dry pan and shake off the crumbs. (Remove the fishy taste)

Put red pepper paste seasoning in a pan and reduce the heat so that it doesn't burn, and stir-fry garlic with anchovies and sliced garlic.

If it's fried, you're done with a lot of sesame seeds.
Boil the garlic bell slightly and stir-fry it once to make it soft, and stir-fry anchovies in a dry pan to shake off the crumbs and cook.
