Fake Myeongdong Kalguksu (for 1 person)
Everyone in my family loves noodles. Even the butlers buy me kalguksu or buy me kalguksu when they want to buy me something or when I' Children also like noodles or sujebi, so noodles that match the taste of two children with completely different tastes are the best. Even the younger of the two cats I have strangely likes noodles, so when I boil noodles or noodles, I get a bowl of noodles from the side. Looking at that, I think I gave birth to that one, and I laugh, saying, "We're in the same family." I've been to all the restaurants in Toronto named Myeongdong Kalguksu, but in my taste, the restaurant in Mississaga has few ups and downs and is the most delicious. These days, I can't eat out often, and one day, I copied Myeongdong Kalguksu with a lot of beef soup. Looking down at me with a face full of expectations next to me, Adlin asks. What are you going to do about the taste I told him to give up on that part because I don't have a spoonful of common dagda. And since he ate three bowls of fake Myeongdong kalguksu and left with a shaved mango plate, today's mom's play was also a success PS: I'm a pretty picky girl, but in my mouth, it was as delicious as Myeongdong Kalguksu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Slice onions and carrots thinly, chop chives into a single finger, and chop the beef.
STEP 2/10
Stir-fry beef so that it doesn't clump together and add a lot of seasoning
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry it so that it doesn't get wet.
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry onions and carrots with 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce until they are breathtaking.
STEP 5/10
Turn off the heat and stir-fry the chives slightly using residual heat.
STEP 6/10
When the soup boils while boiling the beef bone soup, add salt and minced garlic.
Boil the soup and boil the noodles separately on one side.
STEP 7/10
I'll leave a little bit of toppings
STEP 8/10
Put it in the soup and boil it together.
STEP 9/10
Put the boiled noodles separately in the soup and dab the pepper 4-5 times.
STEP 10/10
Please add the leftover ingredients to the topping.
You have to boil the noodles separately so that the soup doesn't get greasy. Pepper tastes better when you sprinkle it a little bit more. Stir-fry the meat over high heat so that it is dry. I heard that Myeongdong Gyoja kalguksu uses chicken broth. I used the soup since I made a lot of beef bone soup.
