Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I took out the pig intestines that were divided into the freezer, defrosted them, added bay leaves and cooking wine, and removed the smell

Stir-fry chicken stock, pepper, and ground onion

Stir-fry sugar and red pepper paste and add soy sauce
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add water and perilla leaves and stir-fry it for 3 minutes
It's important to remove the smell of pork tripe ~ If you don't like the spicy taste, you can just change it to red pepper powder and make it! You can add more seasoning to suit your taste
