First, please make the sauce. The ingredients and eggs are written on the top, so you can mix them evenly in a bowl.

I used two bags of enoki mushrooms. Two cheongyang peppers and one green onion.

Chop up the green onions and hot peppers and trim them.

Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushroom and wash it lightly with water. And then shake off the water.

Add 3T of cooking oil to the heated frying pan.

Stir-fry on medium heat for about a minute.

Then, add enoki mushrooms. You don't have to tear it apart one by one, but you can divide it into 4-5 pieces per enoki mushroom.
I used two bags, so tear it to about 8-10 pieces and put it on top.

Add enoki mushrooms, then add the sauce and hot pepper. And cook quickly over high heat.
Cook over high heat for about 1 minute and turn off the heat.

Put it on a plate and sprinkle pepper. It's done!
Add enoki mushrooms and cook quickly over high heat. Water forms quickly.
I put it on the plate for a certain period of time to take pictures, and the water flowed out quickly.
But don't worry, you can mix rice with that sauce. It's really good.
