Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash clean acacia flowers gently like you take a shower once or twice.
STEP 2/10
Drain the washed acacia flowers. It's better to drain both alcohol and green.

Acacia cheong used brown sugar. Mix acacia flowers and brown sugar in a 1:1 ratio.

Put the mixed acacia flowers in a sterilized bottle.
STEP 5/10
Cover the top with the remaining 20% brown sugar. Press it tightly to prevent air from entering, close it well, and store it for 100 days before eating it.

If you shake the container or open the lid in the middle and mix it, you will get germs, so just leave it alone. After a week, it became acacia blue. This acacia syrup smells so good that it's good to cook salad or just drink it in water.

White sugar is all mixed with acacia flowers.
