Cut tofu into bite-size pieces and drain with a kitchen towel.
If you don't drain it, you'll be attacked a lot. Be careful..Lol..

Chop the half of the onion. I really used 1/2 of the large onions, so I think it would be good to use up to 1 depending on the size.

I'll make you the sauce.
Add 1T of red pepper powder.

Add 0.5T of sugar.

Add 3T of thick soy sauce

Add 1T of oyster sauce.

Add 1T of sesame oil.

Add 1T of red pepper paste.

I'll put in a half cup (100ml) of water.
Please mix it.

Now put a lot of cooking oil and put tofu on top.

Bake while turning it upside down so that it doesn't burn. Golden brown...
