Today's ingredients are 2 eggs, 1 bowl of rice, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little bit of butter, a little bit of salt, pepper dab, 1 green onion, and a little ham. You can skip ham, but it'd be great if you added shrimp or something like that. (I don't have one, so pass) And you don't have to worry too much about saying a little bit. If you don't have butter, pass it.

Beat in two eggs.

Beat in the eggs.

Chop the green onions.
STEP 5/15
I cut it into small pieces because there was leftover spam.
If you don't have it, you can pass and add shrimp, bacon, or other ingredients.

Put rice in the egg mixture and mix it.
STEP 7/15
Add salt to the rice and egg water. If it doesn't taste right, you can add it later.
STEP 8/15
If you don't like pepper, you can pass, but I recommend it. (I like pepper...)
Please sprinkle some pepper.

I make green onion oil.
STEP 10/15
When it smells like green onion, add ham and stir-fry it.
STEP 11/15
Add rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 12/15
Add butter and spread butter all over the place.
STEP 13/15
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry it.

It's good. I recommend it!
I've been obsessed with this for a while, so I kept making this. The picture is a bit disappointing because it's black rice, but the taste is really good!
