"Chicken Deliyaki" made of chicken breast filled in the freezer

Today's ingredients are chicken breast, cooking wine, salt, pepper, ginger powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, onion, green onion, peperoncino (5-6 pieces, if you don't have it, cheongyang red pepper).
