STEP 1/10
Cut lettuce, chives, and cabbage and prepare them. Lettuce will be placed under the rice bowl and chives and cabbage will be stir-fried with frozen vegetables.

Grease a heated wok with plenty of oil and stir-fry minced garlic, minced ginger, and green onions.

If the scallions and garlic are roasted and flavored, add cabbage, chives, and frozen vegetables.

After stir-frying it, add frozen seafood and frozen shrimp.

Water starts to come out of seafood and vegetables. Boil it over high heat. While stir-frying, use a torch to make a fire show and add a fire scent.

I'm going to season it. Stir-fry oyster sauce and soy sauce together. And add pepper.

When the ingredients are done boiling, stir in little by little with starch water. Turn off the heat when the concentration thickens.
Then, put sesame oil around it and stir it well. That's it!!! If you think it's not seasoned enough, you can choose two heads or oyster sauce and add it. The two leaders have a spicy and salty taste!! Oyster sauce is salty.

Place lettuce on one side of the plate.

I'll put the rice next to it.

And put a lot of seafood stir-fry on top of the cold snap and rice. It's complete with spicy and fiery seafood stir-fried rice.
If you want a more spicy taste, you can stir-fry it without oyster sauce.
