Cut the forelimbs into bite-size pieces.

Slice the onion thinly.

Cut the green onion into big pieces.

Put 2.5T of red pepper paste, 5T of dark soy sauce, 5T of sugar, 2T of plum juice, 5T of minced garlic, 4T of red pepper powder, and mix thoroughly.
