Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2~3 pinch of salt to the egg and beat it well

Prepare Vienna sausage and crab sticks
STEP 3/7
Cut crab sticks and Vienna sausages into small pieces and prepare green onions with green leaves
STEP 4/7
Put olive oil in the pan and stir-fry the green onions for 30 seconds
*Cook the whole process over high heat

Add Vienna sausage and crab meat slices and stir-fry for 1 minute
STEP 6/7
Pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry as you mix it gently
STEP 7/7
Stir-fry the egg until it's cooked. Turn off the gas and mix it with sesame oil
