Wash the chicken in running water and leave it in a strainer to remove the water. I used chicken for braised spicy chicken.
I used the leftover chicken stir-fried chicken after boiling the chicken soup.
STEP 2/10
And I marinated the chicken in milk and sprinkled some curry.
I let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/10
Chop the onions for the braised chicken kimchi and prepare them. I didn't put in a lot.
STEP 4/10
I made the sauce for braised chicken kimchi in advance.
I added 1.5 spoons of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, 2.5 spoon of soy sauce, 0.5 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and 1 spoon of cooking wine.
And mix it well.
STEP 5/10
Wash the marinated chicken in running water and put it in a pot.
Add enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, wait for about 10 minutes and take out the chicken.
STEP 6/10
Now put the chicken in the pot and add water to cover the chicken.
I put in about 400ml of water. And I added all the seasoning.
STEP 7/10
It's the most important kimchi. It's ripened kimchi, but it's delicious!
So I'm eating everything because I cook kimchi stew every day after day..;)
This time, braised chicken kimchi will be made even more delicious by adding this delicious ripe kimchi.
STEP 8/10
Now cover the chicken with ripe kimchi.
Cover the ripe kimchi as much as you want.
I didn't put in a lot of ripe kimchi because there wasn't a lot of chicken. Now, boil it over high heat, and when it boils, cover it with a lid and boil it down over medium or low heat.
I cooked it for about 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Ta-da! Braised chicken with kimchi is done.
My mouth is watering even when I look at the finished picture. I really enjoyed the food. Braised chicken kimchi that makes you eat 2 bowls of rice easily. This is totally my style. It's a menu that the groom enjoys every time he eats.
STEP 10/10
The chicken is soft and deliciously cooked. The ripe kimchi is cooked well, so it's good to eat with hot rice. It has a clean and spicy taste, so it's a good side dish for drinking.
If you have any ripe kimchi left at home, make sure to make braised chicken and try it. You'll be able to have a really delicious meal.
