To add flavor to the sweet pumpkin soup
Slice the onions thinly.

Sweet pumpkin is a solid ingredient, so it's easy to prepare
Put it in a plastic pack or microwave oven container

Cook it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes
Put a cut at the tip and separate it

Serve with cheese and parsley.
You can just put it in a bowl
