[Steak]
Use a kitchen towel to remove blood from meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper and steak sizzling.

Mix pineapple juice and olive oil, spread evenly over meat and marinate for 1 hour.

Cut mushrooms, asparagus and carrots into appropriate sizes.
