STEP 1/7
You have to cut cabbage not too thin to feel the texture later.
It becomes soft when cooked, so if you slice it too thinly, it will get crushed.
Shred onions and cut raw tomatoes into small pieces.
If you don't like the skin, you can make a cross cut on the tomato, blanch it in hot water, and peel it.
STEP 2/7
I put it in because I had ham for sandwiches, but you can take it out!!
If you don't have ham, you can eat it with a cleaner and healthier taste.
If you add ham, it feels more filling.
If you're on a diet, try putting in chicken breast products.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry 1 or 2 spoons of garlic and onions first.
If you want it to taste spicy, cut up Cheongyang red pepper and fry it together!
When the garlic scent is cut in the oil, add ham and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry ham lightly, add tomatoes, and stir-fry more.
I didn't want to stir-fry it for long, so I cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
I like the taste of tomatoes that permeate the ingredients like mashed.
STEP 5/7
When the tomatoes are fried, add cabbage.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry the cabbage until it's breathless and then add the tomato sauce.
You can add the amount of tomato sauce to suit your taste.
I like a lot of sauce, so I put in enough ingredients to cover it.
STEP 7/7
Stir-fry the ingredients while mixing well, and adjust the stir-fry time according to the preference for the ripe cabbage texture (crunchiness, softness).
You can add basil powder and raw basil herbs to this.
I added basil powder.
If the tomato sauce contains a lot of basil flavor (hub), you can skip it.
Even if you don't like herbs, please take them out.
