Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash and prepare bean sprouts.
STEP 2/12
Soak dried pollack in cold water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Julienne the white radish.
STEP 4/12
Slice the spring onions at an angle.
STEP 5/12
Chop the red peppers at an angle.
STEP 6/12
Beat in the eggs.

Drain the soaked dried pollack.

Put sesame oil and dried pollack in a pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add radish, soy sauce, and minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat.
