Remove the mussels and wash them under running water

Wash bean sprouts in running water, too

Put mussels in a pot, bean sprouts, 3 cups of water

Close the lid and start boiling over medium heat

In the meantime, mince the green onions

If it overflows after 4 minutes, lower the heat, open the lid, and boil for 3 more minutes

When it boils for 7 minutes, add chopped green onions, garlic, and coarse salt and mix well
Keep an eye on it as it may boil over, but close the lid until it boils to prevent the smell of bean sprouts.
